A boy sat in the cafe. He had a drink of coffee in hand and he was leaning back in his chair reading a book silently. He probably flipped the page every thirty seconds. He was reading way faster than most would. He probably looked pretty intimidating to some other people, but really he was nice.
Pax was his name, Paxam Sullun. He was a athletic type of guy, but he had the power to bring art and words to life, so, he wasn't sure what he liked better, sports or the arts. He continued to read his book and sip his coffee in silence. Who knows, maybe somebody would come and sit with him to talk. He didn't doubt it.

The front door to the cafe bursts open, surprising many patrons in the small buisness. In walks a woman, early twenties, with the longest ebony hair. The tips of her hair reached the small of her back and was decorated with split-ends. Obviously this girl either didn't care or just didn't have enough time. The first one would be the appropriate choice to make. The cashier behind the counter doesn't even look up, already knowing exactly who it was. He began to make a large extra hot chocolate, putting several scoops of cream on the top- just the was Temperance liked it.
The striking young female's big onyx eyes connect with the hot chocolate and a big grin comes to her face, turning her from looking like an intimidating psychopath into a boisterious young maiden. She hurriedly walks over and slams $4.89 onto the counter, the exact price of the hot chocolate- including tax. The chasier hands it over and smiles at her and the Fire Elemental looks at him and smiles right back, "Thanks, Bil! You always know what I want!"
Being quite old, the cashier says in a frail voice, "Can you speak a little louder, Tempie? I cannot hear you."
'Tempie' rolls her eyes and takes a deep breath, "THANKS, BILL! YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHAT I WANT!" She screams, frightening a poor woman near the counter. But she didn't care, if Temperance was anything, she had to be shameless.
The achient cashier nods his head and smiles a missing-tooth smile, making Temperance chuckle heartily.

As somebody burst into the building Pax looked up from his book. It was a woman that he didn't know. Pax watched her interaction with the man behind the counter. It seemed to freak some people out because of how loud she was being and strange, but he found it quite ammusing.
Pax took a sip of his coffee and smiled. He might call her over, but he didn't really know if he wanted to. He shrugged. What harm could it do.
Pax waved the lady over. He wondered if she'd even notice him. Probably not. He shrugged. Whatever happened worked for him. He set his book at the side of the table and drank another little bit of his coffee.

Temperance's dark onyx eyes catch the movement and she walks over, not sparing a second more. Once she reaches the man, she sits across from him, a small smirk on her face, "You called me over?" Her voice is deep, yet positively feminine. It had a weird charm to it.
