She was made in a cave. Yes, made. She was not born into this world, but created. She was made in an old room in the catacombs. She was made to have powers, made to have wings, made to be a fighter. She was basically meant to be a heartless soulless fighting machine, but of course it never works out that way. She was raised harshly. She was put in a cell in the catacombs and told to train. She was thrown a sword from the day she could hold one. The bad thing was that she liked it. She had fun running around with a sword, she had fun being trained to kill.
Jynx was then brought up into the town to see the people. She was stunned by the light and the people there. She grabbed a cloak and fled back into the catacombs. She hid from everything she had once liked. The outside world had made her different. She told herself that she was nice now, that she would hide from the scientists. Jynx made herself a cloak to cover her face and took only the things that she needed from the town. She looks kind of old fashioned compared to others her age, but she didn't care.

She doesn't go to school because around humans she feels what the scientists taught her about killing them and freaks out. Jynx can snap at any moment and can blow her top at any second of the day.
