Yes I know this should have been started on Friday, but I got busy that day and on Saturday I was too lazy. This site will be new for around two weeks. So well it is new I made this thread. Post music, vidoes pictures and maybe even talk more about your character. I will be because I don't fill out apps on my sites because I would have to be proceed by myself or another admin and I have to accept things, so no.

I am Clare Jane Jackson, I am 14 and a mutant. I have solid black wings and cat ears, with white fangs. I have black hair and I was exsperiment 3.2. My eyes are a strange red color, some may think I lust blood. My family were killed so they could take me in and exsperiment on me, however I didn't get any powers as my friend Shiver did.

I am the right hand admin of Clare, you can call me Shiver in and out of character.

Shiver is 16, a regular looking girl with no obvious abnormalities. But she does have powers. One being telepathy and mind communications. Her mind is capableof things like mind control and even telekinesis.
Shiver is the first experiment done by the scientists. And even as a successful experiment, Shiver is incapable of vast amounts of sound and energy. This is why she is always seen with headphones on her head.
