Bright flames spread across the grassy forest as a female figure walked threw it. Though as soon as the girl moved, the flames dispersed, leaving only blackened grass and tree bark. Where ever she walked, the ground quickly turned molten. And even though she seemed to carelessly burn through the living plant growth, she did not mean to.
She was foreign to these lands and did not understand the concept hurting the growth with her flames. For a time she stopped, looking worried as she saw the burnt grass eventually turn ashen. The foot prints she left behind still glowed brightly, leaving any to find them a straight path toward her, and if the back-tracked her foot prints, they would find a fiery crater of molten earth. The fiery girl, that would later be known as Leah, watched for a few more moments as the fire she spread burnt off the bark of the trees, then continued on, freeing them of her incredible heat.
As she continued threw the forest, she came to a lake. She walked to the waters edge. Her flames followed and even ventured further then she had. She quickly retracted them, hissing from the pain of the water. Her flames were not simply something she liked to toy with, they were a part of her. As such, she felt pain to their destruction. She sat at edge of the water, curious as to why it hurt her. Leah leaned over so she could peer in, but instead only saw another fiery form. She tilted her head. Why was another girl like her doing in there? Did the water not harm her as it did to Leah? She pondered a moment before lifting her hand over the water; the other girl mirroring her. She moved to touch the other girls hand. To this, she hissed in pain as yet again, it stung like a burn to human flesh.
Her face grew more angered as her flames grew bigger and brighter. She looked as if she was going to reach in a strangle the girl beneath the water. Instead, she let her anger and her flames slowing decrease as she watched the water. Her eyes fixed on the sky above. She was so lost and felt so confused as to what had happened and how she had gotten here to this foreign place.
