"GET OUT!"
With a light laugh he landed roughly on the grassy lawn in fron of the playground made for the smaller children. He splayed out his hands in front of him to catch his fall. "Ouch." He said faking a flinch as the red-faced teacher blew up at him, tossing at him his wooden staff.
"I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU HERE EVER!"
"Forever is a long time, but I can wait." At this statement the teacher looked puzzled, late for the train of thought and missing it completely. But she quickly recovered, cursing under her breath and slamming the door as she wen back to the children. The mischievous boy sat on the ground, dropping his happy face. Oh Jack, you smile yet, your heart is set with a frown. "Yeah." He said with a dark, wispy chuckle. Jack picked himself up along with his staff. He looked at it carefully. It wasn't damaged in the least, it would surprise him if it had. It was rowan wood, a clean wood cut piece of work. He started walking back around the school. He had only played with the little ones. He had told them stories while the teacher's back was turned. Jack had spun weaving tales of winter nights with a boy named Jack Frost. He had informed them that he was that boy, but they didn't believe him, which that too, was expected.
The light haired boy rounded about to the chain-link fence. On the other side, a much greener lawn was displayed as well as a case of swings and a plastic slide. It was childish, as was expected. It was afterall, an elementary school. He rested his head on his palms, held up by a his elbows. He used one free hand to wave his hand over the lush yard, slowly, frost and ice crept across the land. It suddenly grew colder over the young school and condensation began to form around the windows. With a peaceful smile, he sat there, admiring the pretty display of ice and shards.

there she was, walking blindly down the sidewalk by the playground. she knew someone was there, because she had seen him be thrown from the school. but, she was blind, so how could that be? why, seeing the future, of course! her pink-white, waist length hair flowed softly behind her as her silver eyes stared blankly on. she wore a simple look, no expression. she was also... insane. but that's another story.
[lazy, sorry.]

He gave a curious scratch of the head, he could see some of the children ignoring their lessons and staring blankly at the white tinted window. A chilling wind blew through, his blinding white hair ruffled lightly, making it look like a comb over. He gave it a quick shake. As he did, his sharp vision caught something, or rather, someone. It's a girl you dumb boy! Can't you see that? He smirked, slipping his hand from the fence to his hip, he cocked his leg, looking sort of girly inh is awkward pose. She looked, weird. She wasn't lost, wasn't retarded, maybe.... He gave a blow of air, he really didn't know. "Hello?" Came his voice.

kitty turned her head at the voice. her eyes seemed to fall on the boy, but they were empty.
" hi! "
her voice was plush and full as she stopped only a few feet away from the boy. she flattened her hair and the corners of her pink lips turned up ever so slightly.
" kitty is sorry you were thrown out! "
she spoke in third person due to her insanity, but the boy seemed cool enough to go along with it.

He chuckled with a light tone, he was feeling alright enough to go with this. He tilted his head, sticking his cocked leg behind the straight one. "No, it's not your fault." He said staring. Her eyes were blank, like a blizzard, but somehow, he saw emotion. Maybe not seeing it, but he could sense it. Jack could see that a regular person might be scared off. "Kitty huh? I'm Jack." He didn't bother with his last name. An odd sort of name it was.

kitty tilted her head before giggling softly, closing her eyes. he was more fun than that boy she met at the lake, all fight and no fun. she could tell she was going to like jack.
" nice to meet you. so, what were you tell those kids before the teacher whopped your ass? "
she leaned up against the fence by where he sat, her eyes still on him in a weird way. though she was blind, she could sense his vibrations through the earth and knew his location.

He gave another laugh, "Now, now, I wouldn't say that. I could have easily have kicked her in the ass. But hey, gotta set an example for the kids." He said waving his arms with gestures showing he was innocent for the most part. Adults these days... Your an adult idiot. Pfft. Not to him, 19 was not adult age, he acted nothing like them either. "The story?" He thought back, that story of him, only it was much more thrilling. "Oh, well, it's a story about me. A boy named Jack Frost, abandoned at birth and left to the world. He travels the world where he eventually meets, the 'bad guy'. I've yet to meet such a character though, so it's really just a story unfinished." He said leaning back next to the odd girl.

kitty looked out across a snow covered field. so he was the one she had admired all her life? jack frost? wow, shocker.
" you're... jack frost. kitty has admired him ever since she was left alone in the world, just as yourself. she's always wanted the power of snow... but instead she got the power of seeing the future. "
she let out a long sigh, causing a puff of white smoke to emit from her mouth. suddenly she shivered, burying her hands her coat pocket.

He blushed, which was easy to see since he was paler than snow itself. Thank god she was blind. "R-Really? Seeing the future is pretty cool too." He said. He stared at his hand with icy blue eyes, he had no powers, they were just attachments. Just nature telling him what to do. He shook his hand, looking back at Kitty. "Bringing winter isn't exactly, 'fun'. But the traveling part is." He said with a nostalgic smile. He'd been practically everywhere. Italy, China, Madagascar, bring cold to those in a sunnier place, he always felt guilt when he took it away. He looked at her shiver, she was cold, obviously. "You wanna walk somewhere warmer?" He guessed with a question. It didn't bother him.

kitty looked back at him and let an actual smile come to her face before laughing softly.
" perhaps you can take kitty with you sometime! "
her voice was bouncier than it had been before, and her eyes weren't as empty. they shone a bit more. then at his next question, she nodded.
" that would be nice. "

He shrugged, giving the girl a sideways glance. "Maybe." He said his statement hanging in the air. He liked it here, it was nice, homey sort of. Feeling it was time to move on he walked past her, tapping her on the arm and tugging her by her wrist in a direction down the street. "There are some picnic tables near by, we can use those." He led her down the side grass along the chain link fence. His blue eyes glanced back at the school, children frolicked in the frost, seemed the teacher had let them out. With a happy intake of air he led on. A moment later, a small crop of trees were spread out, wooden benches spread out beneath their leafy canopy. "Were here." He said looking back with a smile.

kitty's silver eyes watched him blindly, though watching wouldn't be the right word. her eyes simply followed him. when they got to the pinic tables, she climbed on the surface of one and set herself in a position much like a sitting cat. she closed her eyes and let out another puff of white smoke.
" you're not like the others, jack. you seem to understand kitty more than everyone else she's met. perhaps, it is because of our pasts. you and her seem to be connected in way. do you... understand what kitty means? "
her eyes were still closed as she spoke, her voice soft now, as if telling a secret.

What was she talking about now? Being connected? ell, he'd heard it was possible. But an element with a....a seer? It sounded mighty odd that was for sure. "And who might the others be?" He asked taking a seat in the warm shade. "But I do so understand. You feel as if we can relate." He explained aloud. Jack propped his head against the table, picking up his staff and swinging it around like a baton twirler. It was like a power focusing object, he had no word for it, but it did help him. When he had no intentions to show his powers, he'd just use his stick as a weapon. He glanced at Kitty.

Kitty shrugged, flicking her tail swiftly. She craned her neck over the edge of the table, her face only inches from,Jack's as she seemed to gaze at him upside down.
" Kitty didnt mean like that. She meant how iur pasts are similar. But your explanation makes sense also, Jack. "
[ so pathetic. xD ]

He gave a shrug, letting his shoulders relax. Her ruffled his pale hair wth a hand, shaking out the frost that sometimes gathered there on impulse. Jack was a pretty laidback guy, not really worrying about anything nor anyone. He had not a friend to fend for and he didn't mind that either. "So, question. Do you like me, or Jack Frost?" It might have seemed an odd kind of question, but it was a question all the same. Jack Frost and Jack were two totally different people. He'd seen the movies, done the research. He recalled looking at a movie with him as the villian, sometimes stealing and resorting to evil deeds. He'd seen himself portrayed as a woman even, which got awkward.
